This past month, Beatrice Rana’s recording of the Bach Goldberg Variations was featured as one of the top classical music records of the year on the The New York Times and The Boston Globe!

The New York Times published “The 25 Best Classical Music Recordings of 2017,” which is a “list of 25 gorgeous releases that covers a huge amount of chronological and stylistic ground.” Along stars like Carolyn Sampson and the Berlin Philharmonic, Beatrice Rana’s recording of Bach’s ‘Goldberg’ Variations is featured!

David Allen writes that Rana’s playing has “preternatural sensitivity, sophistication and control, along with a touch of magic.” To see the complete list, click here!

Zoë Madonna from the Boston Globe raves that Rana’s recording “teems with life and curiosity. Some variations seem to float and curl in the distance, others leaping out of the speakers. Gravitas interweaves with whimsy, exuberance with wisdom.” For the full article, click here.
